Tomorrow Advertising, an innovative agency at the forefront of digital advertising, is seeking a talented Digital Designer with a passion for creating compelling digital content. We’re looking for someone who’s at the beginning of their marketing design career, with a flair for combining creativity with technical skills to produce engaging HTML5 banners and short-form video content that captivates and resonates with audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce attractive and effective digital creative assets, including HTML5 banners and short-form video content.
- Work closely with our senior designers to translate marketing and brand strategies into stunning visuals.
- Experience with After Effects or similar software to create motion graphics and video content that stands out.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet specifications and brand standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and ideas.
- Assist in the development of digital campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Continuously seek to stay up to date with the latest digital design trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Experience working with After Effects or similar motion graphics software is advantageous, but not essential.
- Agency experience in digital design, with a portfolio showcasing digital projects would be advantageous, but not essential.
- An understanding of the principles of design, user experience, and digital storytelling.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Arrangement:
This is a hybrid role with 3 days of in-office collaboration at our Putney location, coupled with 2 days of work from home.
