Challenge

Following our appointment in 2022, Prezzo tasked us with increasing table bookings from both new & existing customers, whilst increasing restaurant footfall.

Solution​

Immediately streamlining activity to deliver improved efficiency, we employed an integrated digital approach, combining effective top of funnel brand building strategies and our AI powered buying capabilities, across display, social and search, for efficient conversion delivery. 

Our strategy was built around delivering sufficient consideration through top of funnel strategies to increase brand search volume, in addition to delivering increased efficiencies within the search set up. Crucial to our success was the utilisation of Meta’s data driven Advantage+ tool, enhancing the role of Meta in conversion delivery, with the early adoption of Meta’s AI product improving the Cost Per Table Booking by 45%. 

With just a 5% increase in budget, the adoption of our approach led to a 235% increase in table bookings at a 68% lower Cost Per Table Booking.
